The Winthrop Yacht Club was the scene of another sold-out Taste of Winthrop, packed with men and women having a great time socializing and partaking in the evening's event. Approximately 30 eateries from Winthrop, Chelsea, East Boston and Revere participated and showcased a few of their specialties.

There was plenty of food to sample such as: pasta, cheeses, fajitas, soups, chowders, seafood, meat and poultry dishes. Desserts ranged from  cake, cookies, bread pudding and rich creamy sweets. Something a bit unusual was a showcase of gourmet treats for your dog also. Nobody left hungry, unless of course you are lactose-intolerant.
