Friday, September 12, 2008 was a blustery day for an affair outside. Yet, men and women (harbormasters, mayors, project managers, and advisors) from as far south as Cutty Hunk and as far north as Gloucester got together to discuss their projects on the waterfront and ask for funding.  It was held under the Big White Tent at Winthrop\'s Landing.
